With the philosophy of people as our greatest asset, HSE is an utmost priority. We have succeeded in continually improved our HSE Management System performance which had been established to the requirement of OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004.

Our constant evolving HSE Principles is able to drive a dynamic and sustainable business process. Through various initiatives, such as sub-contractor’s HSE Management System, Pro-Active Intervention Culture, U See U Act, Bonus HSE Point, Mental Job Risk Assessment etc. the standard of HSE awareness and understanding have been elevated to be at par with international players. Adoption of proactive program measurement, such as PTW, Fire Prevention, Barricade & Signage, Housekeeping, PPE, Tool & Equipment and Lifting & Hoisting, have improve the fundamental of safety in the yard.

The commitment of SDE Management in driving the implementation of HSEMS has enabled the organization to be recognized by local and international clients with a testament of more than 30 HSE awards received. As recorded, SDE has achieved 51 million man-hours without Lost Time Incident for onshore and offshore activities.
